In November, CEL hosted its first in-person All-Hands meeting in two years. Employees from all over the world flew in for a week of connection, deep work, and fun.

CEL Team Convenes in Portland for All-Hands

Because CEL's remote team is spread across the world, we hold an in-person All-Hands Meeting in Portland about once every two years. This gives us a chance to bond, build trust with one another, gain perspective on our coworkers' insights, and foster empathy for our customers and their experiences.

CEL hosted this year's All-Hands in Portland from November 18-22. Sessions focused on the following topics:

• Developing Designed Alliances with teammates
• Putting our company values into action
• Operationalizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in our company
• Enhancing customer empathy
• Streamlining organizational processes
• Understanding product design fundamentals

And of course, no In-Person All-Hands is complete without CEL Karaoke and other fun times! We had plenty of opportunities to bond over singing, exploring the local art scene, playing mini golf, and sharing meals.

It was lovely to lay eyes on this group of dedicated, brilliant, hilarious changemakers. This team is inspiring. We're already planning the next All-Hands; we can't wait for another chance to get together!
